Chris Riser

Prior to starting with Dominion, Chris spent 20 years as an attorney in the U.S. providing legal services to investors and entrepreneurs in the areas of domestic and international asset protection planning, domestic and international estate and tax planning, captive insurance, and trust litigation.

He co-authored a best-selling book on asset protection planning, and has been a frequent contributor to legal publications on asset protection, estate and tax planning, domestic and foreign trusts, and captive insurance.

Chris graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law and earned his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.

Chris is a U.S. Army veteran of the 1991 Gulf War, a lifelong musician, enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing and travelling with his wife and two teen-aged children.
